Unless otherwise requested, our products are sent by Royal Mail First-Class post. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for your products to arrive, from the day you place your order.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery. Please allow 7 working days from the day of ordering.

Standard delivery charges are £2.50 within the UK, £8.00 for international deliveries. UK delivery is free on purchases over £50.



Bon Courage is happy to exchange or refund any items bought, and will do so up to 30 days after the original purchase, providing the product hasn’t been worn and is returned in the same condition as it was received.

To return an item, please fill in the form that arrives with your order. Make sure the form is included in the package with the item, and return to the address provided, along with your proof of purchase. We recommend that you post using a recorded method, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please allow 14 days for refunds and exchanges to process.

We will not charge for posting out a replacement item.

Refunds will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.


If your item is faulty, or doesn’t live up to your expectations, please return to us explaining why, and where possible include an original proof of purchase. Please also enclose your contact details, and we will be in touch to discuss whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or alternative.


 ** Please note we can only exchange or refund items bought directly from the Bon Courage website. If you have bought an item from a different website, please follow their directions for refunds, exchanges or returns.
